Tom Dowling is the co-founder and CEO of FullSeam, a venture-backed startup that automates back-office accounting workflows for large enterprises. He previously co-founded TaxProper, an enterprise software startup, and led it through its successful acquisition by Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) in 2022. He received his BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and MSc from the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
