Join ISAC for Our NEW Illinois PaCE Training!

We are excited to announce our new half-day trainings on the Illinois Postsecondary and Career Expectations (PaCE) Framework. Registration is NOW OPEN to school counselors, administrators, college and career staff, and others who support students to be college and career ready. The training is free to attend and will be held in two parts.

Part One is perfect for those just getting started with adopting a PaCE Framework. The training will consist of two modules and time for your team to connect with us to ask questions and learn about next steps. We will share another message announcing Part Two of the training.

Join us for Part One at either:

  • Illinois Student Assistance Commission (Deerfield) – Thursday, March 14, 2024, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. or
  • Lincoln Land Community College (Springfield) – Thursday, March 21, 2024, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Module 1: Starting with a Good Plan

In this module, we go over the necessary planning steps that are included in the process of adopting and implementing a PaCE Framework. We will discuss defining roles, setting goals, and finding your "why."

Module 2: It Takes a Community

In this module, we discuss the importance of school district collaboration, building a PaCE learning community, and leveraging community resources.
