ISAC Transcript Exchange

The ISAC Transcript Exchange

The ISAC Transcript Exchange powered by Parchment, helps districts and high schools across the State of Illinois support students’ paths, as they pursue opportunities after high school.

“Using Parchment has been a no-brainer! Our transcript process is so much quicker and efficient.”

- Director of Academic Services at Auburn High School in Auburn

The ISAC Transcript Exchange, launched in 2011, allows students at public and private schools to request different credentials be sent electronically, worldwide! A student can request credentials be sent to colleges, universities, trade and vocational schools, scholarship organizations, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the Common App.

“[The ISAC Transcript Exchange] is so helpful, quick, easy, and convenient. I’ll admit we were really resistant to trying this electronic stuff. We finally took the leap of faith, and we’re glad we did. It’s such a streamlined process – it saves time, energy, and money!”

- Former Registrar at Jersey Community High School in Jerseyville

The ISAC Transcript Exchange allows you to send the following:

  • Transcripts
  • Letters of Recommendation
  • Third Party Verifications
  • Health Records

Available at No Cost

The ISAC Transcript Exchange allows for school districts, high schools, and current high school students at all Illinois public and private schools to send electronic credentials at no cost to them to destinations across the globe.

How to Participate

Discover the Many Features

“[The ISAC Transcript Exchange] addressed our biggest challenge in sending transcripts out manually: time and efficiency. When we sent [transcripts] manually, we had to process requests from students, print transcripts, stuff envelopes, and mail them. If you have 100 requests, that takes a lot of time. Sending transcripts electronically through [the Transcript Exchange] saves time for our counselors and secretaries – it increases efficiency and makes everyone’s life easier.

- Principal at Taylorville High School in Taylorville

ISAC provides Parchment Previews throughout the year to share the many features about the Transcript Exchange, powered by Parchment. During the 45-minute webinar, attendees learn about the benefits of switching from sending paper credentials to electronic credentials and navigating the student and administrator dashboards.
Attendees hear directly from school staff, who are utilizing the Transcript Exchange, on the benefits to their current students and the school and/or district!
