We're pleased to announce our conference keynote speaker is Dr. Teresa Ramos, the Inaugural Secretary of the Illinois Department of Early Childhood. Prior to this role, she served as the First Assistant Deputy Governor for Education for the Office of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker.
