College Admissions
So, what are colleges most interested in seeing? For most colleges, it’s the types of courses taken and the grades received. ACT and/or SAT score(s) will also come into play. Once colleges have compared students by these numbers, they then look for what really makes someone stand out—extra-curricular activities and community involvement. Also, letters of recommendation, admissions essay(s) and interviews are important because they focus solely on what makes a student unique.
