Grant Programs for Dependents of Police/Fire/Correctional Officers

The 2021 fiscal year (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021) appropriation for the Grant Programs of Police/Fire/Correctional Officers is $1,237,300.
The 2020-21 Grant Program for Dependents of Police, Fire, or Correctional Officers Application is available to print. In order to receive full-year consideration an application must be received on or before October 1 of the academic year for which grant assistance is requested. For spring-term and summer-term consideration, the deadline date is March 1. For summer-term consideration only, applications must be received on or before June 15. Applications received by ISAC after these deadline dates will be processed only for subsequent terms, with June 15 as the final date of acceptance for the summer term.

The summer term rosters for the 2019-20 PFC program were e-mailed to financial aid directors. Note that the Academic Level column replaces the Social Security Number column as a required field on the Certification of Enrollment for Payment. Rosters should be returned to ISAC on or before July 1, 2020.
The 2019-20 Grant Program for Dependents of Police, Fire, or Correctional Officers Application is no longer available to print. Notices of Eligibility will be sent to qualified applicants by the end of June. Individuals who were received by the June 15 summer term deadline, but do not meet the criteria to be a qualified applicant, will receive a Notice of Ineligibility.
