For information on any federal student financial aid programs or to order materials, you may call the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) at the phone numbers and times listed below. Spanish speaking representatives are available. The FSAIC is not available on Federal holidays.

The FSAIC provides the following services for applicants:

  • Helping with completion of FAFSA on the Web or Corrections on the Web;
  • Helping with completion of the paper FAFSA;
  • Answering questions about the FSA ID;
  • Checking the processing status of the FAFSA;
  • Mailing a duplicate SAR;
  • Changing paper address and e-mail address;
  • Changing schools listed on the FAFSA;
  • Explaining the SAR and how to make corrections;
  • Explaining who is eligible for federal student aid;
  • Explaining the verification process; and
  • Sending requested publications.

For information on college planning and financial aid programs administered by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), students and their parents may contact the ISAC Call Center at the phone numbers below. Spanish speaking counselors are available.
