Attend a Virtual Event: ISACorps Alumni Connection – Network with us
Join our monthly Alumni Connection for networking with your fellow ISACorps alums, the old and new. Think of this as an informal mid-week gathering with old colleagues. Our chats will allow you to reconnect with ISACorps alums, create new relationships, meet partners in various industries and grow your professional network. All chats will be held every last Wednesday of the month from 5pm to 6pm.
Every month, we invite speakers to present on an interesting topic (think 10-15 mins). Alumni then break into topical rooms for 20-30 minutes QA with preferred speaker.

Meeting Title: Online Orientation For TRIO Students: Using Technology For Onboarding & Success
Description: Recent studies indicate that students are coming to college missing skills critical for success such as time management, financial literacy, and self-advocacy. How can institutions use online orientation programming as a space to prepare students for success while also bridging skill development? Simpson College’s TRIO program needed to create an online orientation that covered all of the traditional orientation content while also facilitating student onboarding. In Go2Orientation, Simpson found a platform that allows the flexibility to create content that educates while it engages. Students are able to submit necessary paperwork through the platform and build skills in critical areas like time management while connecting with staff and current students. Join us to learn more about how we can impact TRIO student success at our institutions through an online orientation.
