After entering and submitting your data via the online application, follow the on-screen instructions to download and print a copy of your application for your records. Note that you will not be able to return later to obtain a copy of your submitted application, so you are encouraged to do so before exiting the system.
Because the application contains personally identifiable information, caution should be used if submitting and/or printing the completed application in an unsecured setting (for example, a public computer at a library).
